Hardware Product Development Company
As a hardware product development company, we take your device from an idea to a design that is ready for the factory. We design the PCB and the enclosure in-house, write the firmware and build the app it connects to. One team owns the whole product, so nothing gets lost between the board, the code and the case.

What we build
PCB design
Schematics and PCB layout in-house, from the first custom board to the production revision.
Enclosure design
An enclosure designed around the electronics inside it, and around how it will be made.
Firmware
Embedded firmware for ESP32, STM32 or Linux boards, with drivers for your sensors and actuators.
On-device AI
Models quantized to run on the device's own processor, benchmarked on the real board.
App and backend
The mobile app and backend your users and your team see, with over-the-air updates for the firmware.
Design for manufacturing
DFM on the board and the enclosure, so the design is ready for production.
What does hardware product development cover?
Every stage from the idea to a design a factory can build:
- Feasibility: we check the power budget, sensors, range and parts cost before anything is built
- Working prototype: the device on off-the-shelf boards, so you can test it with real users
- Custom PCB and enclosure: the prototype turned into your own board and case
- DFM: the design reviewed and adjusted for production
If you only need the first working version, see IoT MVP development.
Why one team for the board, the firmware and the app?
Most problems in a hardware product sit between two of its parts: a pin the firmware needs that the layout moved, a case that blocks the antenna, an app waiting on data the board never sends. When the same team designs all of them, these get caught on the bench instead of after the first production run.
What do you hand over?
Everything you need to build and keep building the product:
- Schematics, PCB layout and manufacturing files
- Enclosure CAD
- Firmware, app and backend source code
- The bill of materials and our test notes
Can you take the product to production?
Yes. We do DFM on the board and the enclosure, so the design you take to the factory has already been reviewed for how it will be built.

Questions clients ask
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Most of our client work is under NDA, and we're happy to sign yours before you share any details.
Who owns the designs and source code?
You do. The PCB and enclosure files, firmware, app and backend code are handed over to you once the work is complete.
Do you work with teams in the US and EU?
Yes. We're based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and work remotely with teams worldwide. You talk directly to the engineer doing the work, and we overlap with your working hours.
The R&D Lifecycle
Four stages, from the first question to the fleet in the field. You can start at any of them.
-
01
Feasibility Study and PoC
We analyze the physical constraints, such as power budget, connectivity range, environment and regulatory requirements, report on whether the idea is feasible, then build a proof of concept (PoC) of the part most likely to fail.
- You get
- A written feasibility report and a PoC of the riskiest part
- We check
- Power budget / Connectivity range / Environment / Regulatory requirements
-
02
Rapid MVP and Bench Testing
We use off-the-shelf components so as to validate Firmware, Software and AI models before committing to custom hardware.
- You get
- A working MVP on off-the-shelf boards, tested on the bench
- We use
- Raspberry Pi / NVIDIA Jetson / ESP32 / STM32 / PyTorch / OpenCV / ROS 2
-
03
Industrialization and DFM
This part is where we optimize for production. Custom drivers, latency reduction, model quantization, custom PCB integration, and firmware hardening.
- You get
- Hardened firmware, custom drivers and quantized models on your custom PCB
- We use
- TensorFlow Lite / Yocto Project / Rust
-
04
Deployment
Scaling the fleet with OTA update infrastructure, telemetry pipelines, and cloud dashboard setup for monitoring thousands of devices. This means, you don't have to worry once your device ships.
- You get
- A fleet you can update over the air and monitor from one dashboard
- We use
- AWS IoT / Docker
