Robotics Software Development Services
Our robotics software development services cover the code that makes a robot arm or mobile platform go where it is told: state estimation, motion planning and closed-loop control. We train and test it in simulation before it touches your hardware, then run it on the robot's own computer. If you already have the robot, we write only the software.

What we build
Inverse kinematics and trajectories
Joint angles for any reachable target, and smooth 6-DOF trajectories between them.
Closed-loop control
Control loops that run on the robot's own computer, at a fixed rate on a real-time Linux kernel.
Reinforcement learning in simulation
Policies trained in parallel in the Genesis physics engine, then exported to ONNX to run on the robot.
ROS 2 navigation
Localization and navigation for mobile platforms on ROS 2.
Sensor feedback
Force, bend and joint-angle readings that tell the robot what it touched and where it is.
Safety limits outside the software
Hardware cut-offs that stop the motors at a set limit, whatever the policy decides.
Can we outsource the software for a robot we already have?
Yes. Bring the arm, mobile base or gripper you have. We write the kinematics, control or learning on top of it, and scope only the part that's missing.
Do you test in simulation first?
Yes. We model the robot and the objects it handles as URDF and train or tune the software in simulation, where a failure costs nothing. Before the first run on the real robot, we match its start pose to the simulated one.
What have you built?
Our latest research robot grasps objects it has never seen, in the dark, with no camera. A soft silicone gripper on a 6-DOF arm probes the object by touch, rebuilds its shape as a 3D model and grasps it with a reinforcement learning policy. Everything runs on a Raspberry Pi 5:
- Force and flex sensors on each finger
- A PPO policy trained in Genesis, run through ONNX Runtime
- A 100 Hz control loop on a PREEMPT_RT kernel
- A hardware cut-off at 18 N to protect the object and the fingers

Our team also placed 4th worldwide in the JAXA-NASA Kibo Robot Programming Challenge, writing autonomous navigation and target recognition for NASA's Astrobee robot on the ISS.
Where does the software run?
On the robot: a Raspberry Pi or NVIDIA Jetson for planning, learning and vision, and a dedicated driver for motor timing so the main computer never jitters the motors.

Questions clients ask
Do you work with clients in the US or EU?
Yes. We're based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and work with teams worldwide remotely. You talk directly to the engineer doing the work, and we meet your time zone.
How much does robotics software development cost?
It depends on what already exists: a working robot, existing code, or only an idea. We start with a feasibility study, then give you a quote for the build. The first consultation is free.
Who owns the software and source code?
You do. The code and repositories are handed over to you once the work is done.
The R&D Lifecycle
Four stages, from the first question to the fleet in the field. You can start at any of them.
-
01
Feasibility Study and PoC
We analyze the physical constraints, such as power budget, connectivity range, environment and regulatory requirements, report on whether the idea is feasible, then build a proof of concept (PoC) of the part most likely to fail.
- You get
- A written feasibility report and a PoC of the riskiest part
- We check
- Power budget / Connectivity range / Environment / Regulatory requirements
-
02
Rapid MVP and Bench Testing
We use off-the-shelf components so as to validate Firmware, Software and AI models before committing to custom hardware.
- You get
- A working MVP on off-the-shelf boards, tested on the bench
- We use
- Raspberry Pi / NVIDIA Jetson / ESP32 / STM32 / PyTorch / OpenCV / ROS 2
-
03
Industrialization and DFM
This part is where we optimize for production. Custom drivers, latency reduction, model quantization, custom PCB integration, and firmware hardening.
- You get
- Hardened firmware, custom drivers and quantized models on your custom PCB
- We use
- TensorFlow Lite / Yocto Project / Rust
-
04
Deployment
Scaling the fleet with OTA update infrastructure, telemetry pipelines, and cloud dashboard setup for monitoring thousands of devices. This means, you don't have to worry once your device ships.
- You get
- A fleet you can update over the air and monitor from one dashboard
- We use
- AWS IoT / Docker
