IoT Firmware Development Company

As an IoT firmware development company, we write the code that runs on your device: drivers for its sensors, the radio link, power management and the over-the-air updates that keep it patchable after it ships. We work on ESP32, STM32 and embedded Linux boards such as Raspberry Pi and Jetson. If you already have the hardware or the backend, we write only the device side.

What we build

Drivers and board bring-up

Drivers for your sensors and peripherals, tested on the real chip instead of an emulator.

ESP32 and STM32 firmware

Firmware on FreeRTOS and ESP-IDF for ESP32, and on STM32 for products that need it.

Embedded Linux

Yocto builds with custom drivers for Raspberry Pi and Jetson boards.

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE

Connectivity and device provisioning, so units join the network on first boot.

Low-power modes

Deep sleep and power states sized to the battery life your product needs.

OTA updates with rollback

A bad release rolls back instead of bricking the fleet.

Can we hire you for the firmware only?

Yes. Some teams have a working board and need someone to write the device code. Others have a backend waiting for devices to talk to it. Tell us what exists and we'll scope only the part that's missing.

Which microcontroller should the device use?

We start on off-the-shelf dev boards and test the firmware on the real chip. That shows early whether the power budget, range and latency work. As a rule of thumb:

  • ESP32 for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE products. See our ESP32 IoT development page.
  • STM32 for tight real-time control and a wide choice of peripherals.
  • Embedded Linux when the device runs a camera pipeline or a larger AI model.

Can the firmware move to a custom board?

Yes. Once the firmware works on the dev kit, we move it to your custom PCB. We do PCB design and enclosure design in-house. This is the stage for custom drivers, latency reduction and firmware hardening.

What happens after the devices ship?

Firmware is only half done when the first unit ships. We set up:

  • OTA updates with a rollback path
  • MQTT or CoAP telemetry sized to what your sensors produce
  • A dashboard to monitor the fleet

If you're still at the idea stage, start with IoT MVP development.

Questions clients ask

Do you work with clients in the US or EU?

Yes. We're based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and work with teams worldwide remotely. You talk directly to the engineer doing the work, and we meet your time zone.

How much does IoT firmware development cost?

It depends on what already exists: a dev-board prototype, existing firmware, or only an idea. We start with a feasibility study, then give you a quote for the build. The first consultation is free.

Who owns the firmware and source code?

You do. The firmware, code and repositories are handed over to you once the work is done.

Can you take over or fix existing firmware?

Yes. We review the existing code first and tell you what to keep, fix or rewrite.

The R&D Lifecycle

Four stages, from the first question to the fleet in the field. You can start at any of them.

  1. 01

    Feasibility Study and PoC

We analyze the physical constraints, such as power budget, connectivity range, environment and regulatory requirements, report on whether the idea is feasible, then build a proof of concept (PoC) of the part most likely to fail.

    You get
A written feasibility report and a PoC of the riskiest part
    We check
Power budget / Connectivity range / Environment / Regulatory requirements
  2. 02

    Rapid MVP and Bench Testing

We use off-the-shelf components so as to validate Firmware, Software and AI models before committing to custom hardware.

    You get
A working MVP on off-the-shelf boards, tested on the bench
    We use
    Raspberry Pi / NVIDIA Jetson / ESP32 / STM32 / PyTorch / OpenCV / ROS 2
  3. 03

    Industrialization and DFM

This part is where we optimize for production. Custom drivers, latency reduction, model quantization, custom PCB integration, and firmware hardening.

    You get
Hardened firmware, custom drivers and quantized models on your custom PCB
    We use
TensorFlow Lite / Yocto Project / Rust
  4. 04

    Deployment

Scaling the fleet with OTA update infrastructure, telemetry pipelines, and cloud dashboard setup for monitoring thousands of devices. This means, you don't have to worry once your device ships.

    You get
A fleet you can update over the air and monitor from one dashboard
    We use
    AWS IoT / Docker

How can we help
you succeed?
