ESP32 IoT Development Company
As an ESP32 IoT development company, we build the firmware, connectivity and backend for connected products that run on Espressif's ESP32. We prove the design on off-the-shelf dev boards before anyone orders a custom PCB. Then we set up the telemetry and over-the-air updates that keep devices patchable once they ship.

What we build.
ESP-IDF firmware
Firmware on FreeRTOS, with drivers for your sensors and peripherals.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE
Connectivity and device provisioning, so units join the network on first boot.
Low-power design
Deep sleep and power modes sized to the battery life your product needs.
MQTT and CoAP telemetry
Telemetry sized to the data your sensors actually produce.
OTA updates with rollback
A bad release rolls back instead of bricking the fleet.
Fleet backend
A Django or FastAPI server with REST, WebSockets and a dashboard, in Docker on infrastructure you own.
Which ESP32 should your product use?
We start on stock ESP32 dev kits and test the firmware on the real chip, not an emulator. That's where we find out whether the power budget, range and latency work, and which variant fits:
- ESP32-S3 for camera, audio or on-device ML
- ESP32-C3 for low-cost Wi-Fi and BLE nodes
- ESP32-C6 or ESP32-H2 when the product needs Thread or Zigbee
Can you take it from dev board to production?
Yes. Once the design holds up on the dev kit, we move it to your custom board and design the enclosure around it. Our hardware partners handle PCB manufacturing, so the product ships from one team.
Do you write only the firmware, or the full IoT stack?
Either. Some teams already have a backend and need an ESP32 firmware development company to write the device side. Others have a prototype and need everything around it. Tell us what exists and we'll scope only the part that's missing.
Questions clients ask.
How much does ESP32 IoT development cost?
It depends on what already exists: a dev-board prototype, existing firmware, or only an idea. We start with a feasibility study, then give you a quote for the build. First consultancy is on us.
How long does it take to get a working ESP32 prototype?
A simple PoC (proof of concept), i.e. breadboard version would take about 1 week, given all components are available in the market at the moment.
Who owns the firmware and source code?
You do. The firmware, backend code and repositories are handed over to you, once completed.
Can you take over or fix existing ESP32 firmware?
Yes. We review the existing code first and tell you what to keep, fix or rewrite.
Do you work with clients for US or EU?
Yes. We're based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and work with teams worldwide remotely. You talk directly to the engineer doing the work. We meet your time zones, so you do not have to worry about timing, mismatch.
The R&D Lifecycle
Feasibility Study
We analyze the physical constraints, such as power budget, connectivity range, environment and regulatory requirements, and report on whether the idea is feasible.
Rapid MVP and Bench Testing
We use off-the-shelf components (Raspberry Pi, Jetson, ESP32, STM32) so as to validate Firmware, Software and AI models before committing to custom hardware.
Industrialization and DFM
This part is where we optimize for production. Custom drivers, latency reduction, model quantization, custom PCB integration, and firmware hardening.
Deployment
Scaling the fleet with OTA update infrastructure, telemetry pipelines, and cloud dashboard setup for monitoring thousands of devices. This means, you don't have to worry once your device ships.
Ready to build something real?
Tell us the hardware, the constraint and the deadline. You'll talk to the engineer who'd do the work.
